What is your fast-growing grass seed made from?
This fast-growing grass seed is made up of:
- 50% strong creeping red fescue
- 50% dwarf perennial ryegrass
How much grass seed do I need for my lawn?
- If you’re sowing a new lawn, we recommend using 50g of seed per 1m2
- If you’re patching up an old lawn, we recommend using 35g of seed per 1m2
For example, if your garden is a 10m2 garden, we recommend 500g of lawn seed.
What is Iron Sulphate and how does it work?
Iron Sulphate is a type of fertiliser that gives your lawn a wonderful luscious green appearance. It does this by adding extra iron molecules to the chlorophyll pigment, which results in a darker, more vibrant green.
How do I use Iron Sulphate?
To green up your lawn we'd recommend using a 1% solution, dissolving 1g of iron sulphate per litre of water. You should then distribute 1 litre of water per square metre of lawn.
