Delivery & Shipping Policy
Delivery
We ship items from Monday-Friday throughout the UK. Orders placed before 2PM will be shipped on the same day and any orders placed after 2PM will be shipped on the following day. If you want to find out where your order is, email us at support@feedsandseeds.com for an update and we’ll send an email once your order has been dispatched.
All our orders are shipped using The Royal Mail with free 48hr delivery for orders over £25 or 12kg.
For orders under £25, our delivery charges are below.
24hr Delivery: £3.99
48hr Delivery (First Class): £1.99
If your order is over 3kg it will be sent using a courier service, usually DX 24hr.
Friday orders after 2pm will be processed on Monday.
Free Shipping is offered to all of our VIP Club Members, all you need to do is sign up to receive your free shipping code.
Important note: Royal Mail nor DX (or any other courier) can guarantee Next Day Delivery or delivery within 48hrs if Royal Mail. Feeds & Seeds cannot be held responsible for any items not delivered due to someone not being available to sign for the item and we cannot guarantee that couriers will adhere to any instructions that we give them.
Standard Delivery
Orders under £25 or 12kg are £2.99 to standard delivery areas *.
Our Standard Delivery service is not a premium service but products usually arrive within 2-3 working days. If you have not received your order within 2 working days of notification of shipment then please contact us.
*Areas Outside of Standard Delivery (as defined by DX/Royal Mail)
Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland are charged at varying costs. The cost for any non-standard delivery postcodes will be displayed on the checkout page once a postcode is entered. Delivery to these areas is a Hermes 2-5 Working Day service.
We do not deliver over the weekend or outside of the UK.
